Doctor and Romana

I just wanted to draw one of my favourite Doctors with one of my favourite companions... And then, suddenly, River's diary appeared in Romana's hands. Really don't know what does it mean  But I definitely know, that a story featured Fourth Doctor+Romana and Eleventh Doctor+River could be a brilliant one. Not a TV episode obviously but may be an audio? Or at least a book? Please, BBC
